Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guarantees. Delivery may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Unsuccessful Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Foliofect is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Foliofect. We cannot predict or control these fees, and we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier immediately. For any issues with lost or damaged shipments, please contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
